Thanksgiving is often a time where friends and family get together to share good food and lively conversations, and to be thankful. Thanksgiving dinner does not need to be stressful (as far as the food is concerned). Choose simple recipes and add pizzazz to them by adding ingredients that enhance flavour.
Last year we visited Nova Scotia, and we brought back some treats for the shop. At the Dutchman’s Farm we thought of our Cheese Club Members and all the cheese lovers we knew back home.
This Month Cheese Club features 3 Quebec cheeses. Two are from the Lac St-Jean Region, le 14 ARPENTS and VALBERT. The third one, LA MADELAINE is from Racine in the Eastern Township. They are so yummy and perfect for a gathering on the patio.
