We were looking at making a menu for our coming time off, and with all the cheese in the fridge, we said “LET’S MAKE a TARTIFLETTE!” It is made with potatoes, reblochon type cheese, white wine, cream, lardons and onions. What’s not to like!
This month we are featuring 2 cheeses from la Fromagerie Montebello. I had a family gathering in the Montebello area, and Sandra and I thought we had to get these two wonderful and flavourful cheeses back to you again. We hope you, like us, will enjoy these beauties. To compliment, we chose a hard cheese from Kaiser, the Miranda.
