We are always on the lookout for new Canadian Artisan cheeses, and we are so pleased when we find one like the one we featured in the October Cheese Club! The Kenzie, a beautiful crottin style soft goat cheese, is made in Keene, Ontario by the good people of Crosswind Farm.
This month we are featuring two very different cheeses made by the same cheesemaker, Fromagerie Au Gré des Champs, along with the third cheese from Fromagerie Le Detour.
This month’s cheese for charity is the wonderful BEAU’S, from Gunn’s Hill Artisan Cheese in Woodstock Ontario
This Month Cheese Club features 3 Quebec cheeses. Two are from the Lac St-Jean Region, le 14 ARPENTS and VALBERT. The third one, LA MADELAINE is from Racine in the Eastern Township. They are so yummy and perfect for a gathering on the patio.
