Hello, it’s been a while since we gave any news from the shop! I guess we were in the deep freeze of the COVID-19 pandemic and the slow pace of winter. We have been busy trying to find ways to keep business going while keeping our customers, our community, and ourselves, as safe as possible. Although the stay at home order has now been lifted in our region, we need to stay vigilant, perhaps extra vigilant, to prevent the spread of this virus so that we all remain healthy and so that we don’t have to experience another lockdown.
At Pêches & Poivre, we continue our enhanced health measures (disinfecting, washing of hands, ordering pre-packed cheese, wearing face covers, etc.). We are also currently limiting the number of clients in shop to three. Beginning the week of March 15, we will be open Tuesday to Saturday, 11am to 4pm. As the vaccination program proceeds, we will monitor the COVID situation and reassess our way of doing business. Please keep posted.

In the meantime, we continue to offer shopping by appointment, on line ordering, and ordering by email or via phone call. You can opt for curb side pickup, in store shopping, and we have options for delivery.
In more exciting news, we have received many new shipments of beautiful, uplifting, cheerful spring items for your kitchen and home, and, scrumptious Easter goodies for your and the little ones palates. Our spring puppets also arrived last week with many bunnies finding their way here, but be aware, they are already hopping out of the shop quickly! And, as always, a lovely selection of Canadian cheeses awaits you here.
Bunnies and Easter goodies? See you soon!
Sandra and Lisa.- a great update, thanks. Stay well and we’ll look forward to seeing you this summer.
Thanks for the update. Susan and I love your informed and kind service and variety of inventory.
