“Cheese of the Month” For THERAPEUTIC RIDING PROGRAM, JUNE 2018

This month’s cheese for charity is the wonderful BEAU’S, from Gunn’s Hill Artisan Cheese in Woodstock Ontario

Gunn’s Hill Artisan Cheese is a small artisan cheese plant of Oxford County, Ontario. Beau’s Abbey Style is an old style beer washed cheese, a delicious marriage of Gunn’s Hill Oxford’s Harvest cheese with Beau’s All Natural Brewing of Vankleek Hill, Ontario.  It is a mild creamy cheese, with lightly lactic, nutty, fruity notes and buttery flavors.

Food pairing

Excellent with a white sweet Riesling or Sauvignon Blanc.  If you prefer red, choose a Viognier, a Sirah or Cabernet Sauvignon.

Pick up a piece of Beau’s, June’s Cheese of the Month, and know that you are helping to contribute to a valuable community initiative; 10% of the proceeds from sales of each month’s Cheese of the Month will be donated directly to LANARK COUNTY THERAPEUTIC RIDING PROGRAM

Thank you for your support.
